Poor baby...

So Ethan has some chapped cheeks, nose and chin... poor baby. I guess I will take that over any thing else this winter! The dr. suggested using Eucerine which seems to be helping pretty quickly. I would love to hear any other suggestions for this though ;)
As I think I stated earlier on this blog Ethan loves the dogs but he is starting to show what he likes and doesn't like. He loves to grab onto their fur. He loves to grab their whiskers. He loves for them to kiss his hands so he can try to grab their tongue. But he does NOT like their cold noses. And he does NOT like to be licked in the ear anymore!

  3. if you can find a health care provider/health food store that sells standard processing vitamins...I have cracks in my hands during winter and the USF ointment is awesome! Well, looks like I might have to just send you some cuz the closest person who sells SP is in CO...man! Either way, go on www.standardprocess.com if you want more info but I posted most of what it is/what's in it for you. I've put it on Ellie and it works awesome! Give me a shout if your interested.

  4. OH he is adorable. Ethan Grandma Sloan loves you so much. Leah you can also by Vitamin E tablets at most stores or a food coop and cut the tip off and put the oil on. I used in my kids and it works slick. Love you all.

About Me

This blog started as a hobby for many reasons. It later became a way to keep the family up to date on our micro preemie baby, Ethan. Now as Ethan is nearing the 8 year mark with a little sister of 5 years I am finding a new reason to document on this blog.

Last year we were told by the school that Ethan had cerebral palsy, a blindspot and dyslexia. That is what started it all. I started taking him to doctors to find out what was going on and why this hasn't been discovered before now. In April 2017 we were told that he has executive functioning disorder. What the heck is EFD I thought?!?! After the doctor explaining it to us he basically said that if we don't start making changes now he could fall into the ADHD or possibly the autism category. Ok... so now what? What can we do?!? Well this blog is my way of documenting it all not only for me but also to help others find their way thru similar situations.
