For Grandma...

I posted pictures of my sister Jenna's babies last week and I have a ton of pictures to share. Of course I know Grandma has been waiting to see these pictures so I thought it was time to post them.

This next portrait just makes me laugh! Not to mention when these 2 babies grow up and see this!

Pure preciousness!

We decided to take Ava out for a few more pictures. In the meantime Mark watched Aidan. When we got back in the house he was wanting to pass Aidan off... Aidan was crying and Mark had no idea why. So grandma took him and looked at the clock and said oh he is hungry that is why! Mark was like "um didn't he just eat 2 hours ago?" Yes, we have a lot to learn about babies!

Hope you like the pictures grandma and Jenna!

Beautiful Drew....

2 weeks ago when we stayed with my family in Cody I took my cousin Drew out for a photo shoot. Some how we were really squeezed for time but my aunt Diane (Drew's mom) was quite the help on getting Drew's outfits together and finding new locations while we were shooting. I got a lot of good pictures in 20 minutes... yes 20 minutes! It was a lot of fun though. Is she not gorgeous... yeah her dad has been cleaning his guns for awhile now! LOL!

Drew's mom had surgery today and I thought this might cheer her up ;) Crazy thing is my step father also had surgery yesterday and they are roomed just across the hall from each other! My sister had a surgery yesterday too but she was released right after. Everyone seems to be recovering well.

Jenna's babies

So as some of you know we are currently staying with family in Wyoming until we close on our house this Monday in Montana. My sister Jenna lives here as well so I thought I should take some pictures of her beautiful children. Aaden in only 6 weeks old and a total cuttle bug! He is sooo adorable.
Ava is her 4 year old daughter and boy oh boy she is full of energy! She is going to have her hands full when this little girl starts dating that is for sure!

Lucy's Family...

I know I have been a little MIA on my blog lately so I am going to try to post some of the sessions I have been shooting....
This one is not really Lucy's family.... Lucy was the middle daughter but she clung to me by the end of the session so I just thought I would name it after her ;)
This family was absolutely adorable... LOVE the outfits!

Eliana and Bethie

So my friend Addie had a great idea to take her daughter Eliana and her friend Bethie to the new found junk yard to test out the great trucks there... it was so much fun! These girls were great to hang out with. When Addie told Eliana to get in the car she said "princesses don't ride in cars they ride in a carriage so please drive slow like a carriage too!" Oh kids crack me up! How adorable are these two?

Editing...

So Mark was messing with my computer today and he has now set my home page to my blog... so every time I open up an internet page (which I do oh say 100+ times a day!) I get to see my blog and realize yeah I need to post something! He's such a great husband.. no really he is ;) He is my number 1 supporter for my passion for photography! I have only been doing his for a few months and already I see so much difference in my pictures.. not only the post processing now but the pictures themselves! I even edited this picture 3 nights ago and then just re-edited because the 1st edit was just sooo wrong. So I like this picture... right now. I think I am pretty happy with it that I will still love it next week! There is a step I am missing... that is just sharpening the pictures for the web which I am still trying to perfect... give me time ;)

About Me

This blog started as a hobby for many reasons. It later became a way to keep the family up to date on our micro preemie baby, Ethan. Now as Ethan is nearing the 8 year mark with a little sister of 5 years I am finding a new reason to document on this blog.

Last year we were told by the school that Ethan had cerebral palsy, a blindspot and dyslexia. That is what started it all. I started taking him to doctors to find out what was going on and why this hasn't been discovered before now. In April 2017 we were told that he has executive functioning disorder. What the heck is EFD I thought?!?! After the doctor explaining it to us he basically said that if we don't start making changes now he could fall into the ADHD or possibly the autism category. Ok... so now what? What can we do?!? Well this blog is my way of documenting it all not only for me but also to help others find their way thru similar situations.
