17 months

So I am a little late at posting this but this is what Ethan has been up to....
Size 4 diapers... just recently!
Just getting into 18 month clothes
LOVES cars... he loves to push them around everywhere
Loves picture books
So smiley and happy
Says baba and dada (which makes dad quite happy ;)
Signs "all done"
Mark says we should call him man cub because he likes to try to walk on his feet and hands like the boy on Jungle Book
Likes to TRY to play in the dog water and food bowls
When we open the back door to let the dogs out Ethan will start to crawl out the door thinking we won't notice!
5 teeth (2 on top and 3 on bottom)
He has been super cuddly lately which of course I LOVE!
When he is tired he will be crawling full speed and all of a sudden stop and lay his head down. If he is crawling by me he comes over and lays his head on my lap... such a sweetheart!

Mark's sister Lori and her husband Matt came to visit us. While they were here we went to Glacier National Park. We decided to go to an entrance that we had not been to yet. We ended up loving it.

This is Lori playing with Ethan in the rocks on Two Medicine Lake. Ethan is in LOVE with rocks!
We did a short hike to find this waterfall...
Just another face of Ethan's ;)
These next two pictures Lori took...
Love this one...
Mark and Ethan on top of another hike we did....

I love these pictures. Lori looks like she is having as much fun as Ethan. I love that waterfall. I just might have to take a trip up to see you guys before the end of October. Maybe as soon as I get the hay all up.
    Love and miss you all,
    Mom and Grandma Jolovich

About Me

This blog started as a hobby for many reasons. It later became a way to keep the family up to date on our micro preemie baby, Ethan. Now as Ethan is nearing the 8 year mark with a little sister of 5 years I am finding a new reason to document on this blog.

Last year we were told by the school that Ethan had cerebral palsy, a blindspot and dyslexia. That is what started it all. I started taking him to doctors to find out what was going on and why this hasn't been discovered before now. In April 2017 we were told that he has executive functioning disorder. What the heck is EFD I thought?!?! After the doctor explaining it to us he basically said that if we don't start making changes now he could fall into the ADHD or possibly the autism category. Ok... so now what? What can we do?!? Well this blog is my way of documenting it all not only for me but also to help others find their way thru similar situations.
