Having a little fun ;)

So I have been at the hospital for most of the day today so far. I had to run to Wal-Mart to pick up some diapers, bottles, and Ethan's vitamins. I dropped off his prescriptions so that they will be filled too. It is so exciting getting ready to go home! I am not nervous about going home but I am a little nervous for our first road trip on Monday to Billings. Any mom's out there have some tips on what to make sure we have? There is a lot of nothing between Great Falls and Billings.
I decided to play with the "photobooth" on my computer while holding Ethan today and this is what I got ;)

Ha! No we didn't have twins ;)

  1. A car charger for your pump:) Then you don't have to stop to feed him...you can just jump in the back seat and give him a bottle!

  4. In case I havn't told you lately "you are sooo wierd."
But ofcourse given the opportunity to give advice, I must chime in......
While in a small enclosed place, such as a vehicle, Ethan can sense your every move/mood/voice change. Take deep breathes, sit back and enjoy the ride. It is beautiful scenery and you have your beautiful family.....enjoy it! Don't stress and don't worry it will all be fine. :-)

About Me

This blog started as a hobby for many reasons. It later became a way to keep the family up to date on our micro preemie baby, Ethan. Now as Ethan is nearing the 8 year mark with a little sister of 5 years I am finding a new reason to document on this blog.

Last year we were told by the school that Ethan had cerebral palsy, a blindspot and dyslexia. That is what started it all. I started taking him to doctors to find out what was going on and why this hasn't been discovered before now. In April 2017 we were told that he has executive functioning disorder. What the heck is EFD I thought?!?! After the doctor explaining it to us he basically said that if we don't start making changes now he could fall into the ADHD or possibly the autism category. Ok... so now what? What can we do?!? Well this blog is my way of documenting it all not only for me but also to help others find their way thru similar situations.
