Big Thank You!

I just wanted to post a BIG THANK YOU for all of those praying for us as well as all the people that have been helping us out and the ones in Seattle. I special thank you to Matt, I left my camera (my good camera and very expensive that has priceless pics of Mark holding Ethan on it) in Matt's car on Sunday night and we thought that I would be there on Monday so he would drop it off to me then. Well, I left right away Monday morning so Matt mailed my camera to me so that I would have it by Monday! Yeah! I am so excited to get it back! Thanks so much Matt! And thanks for coming to visit us and take us out a few nights while we were in Washington. Also thanks to Mark's aunt and uncle for visiting us as well and a night out at a nice Italian restaurant. A thank you to Rudy's aunt and uncle who took us to a nice restaurant for dinner and then cooked for us at their home. And of course a big thank you to my mom who came out to Seattle to be of extra support. We appreciate everything!

About Me

This blog started as a hobby for many reasons. It later became a way to keep the family up to date on our micro preemie baby, Ethan. Now as Ethan is nearing the 8 year mark with a little sister of 5 years I am finding a new reason to document on this blog.

Last year we were told by the school that Ethan had cerebral palsy, a blindspot and dyslexia. That is what started it all. I started taking him to doctors to find out what was going on and why this hasn't been discovered before now. In April 2017 we were told that he has executive functioning disorder. What the heck is EFD I thought?!?! After the doctor explaining it to us he basically said that if we don't start making changes now he could fall into the ADHD or possibly the autism category. Ok... so now what? What can we do?!? Well this blog is my way of documenting it all not only for me but also to help others find their way thru similar situations.
